This is slightly mean, but one of the deciding factors for the Maldives trip is the fact that Maldives will be affected by climate change in the future. In my head, it was ‘oh, better go now in case I can’t later’. That’s how I justified the price tag of this trip, despite costing even higher than my Osaka + Kyoto trip.
It occurred to me that some of my friends probably don’t know what Malay people do at kampung during Raya. So I collated my Raya experience, hope you guys find this interesting! I know I get curious on what people do during Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and other festivities too 🙂 Let’s start from Day 0 – the day before Raya.
